Party Plug USA is a vendor directory that connects event hosts with independent vendors. We are not a party to any agreement, booking, or transaction between hosts and vendors.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

4. Vendor listings

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the services they provide, and compliance with applicable laws. Party Plug USA reviews listings but does not endorse or guarantee any vendor.

5. Reviews and content

You may post reviews and content provided they are truthful, lawful, and not abusive. We may remove content that violates these terms at our discretion.

6. Prohibited use

You may not scrape the service, misuse vendor contact information for spam, impersonate others, or interfere with the platform's operation.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Party Plug USA is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between hosts and vendors.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
